Our target market is the corporate community. Work-Fit® operates only on-site with our corporate partners. We customize each program to maximize ROI for our clients and their employees. We make “HEALTH” personal for our clients and their employees. Since 1979, Work-Fit® has been helping people get healthy and stay healthy. Originally an owner and operator of traditional fitness centers, the company is today a national leader in the preventive health care field. Work-Fit® creates unique programs and facilities that integrate fitness, wellness, health and safety to improve the health of individuals for all of their life. Work-Fit®’s principle business is to provide onsite fitness, wellness, injury prevention and rehabilitation programming to Corporate Clients. Work-Fit® has been providing these services to corporate clients for eighteen years.

Today Work-Fit® manages 20 sites in 8 states from Rhode Island to Washington. All of Work-Fit®’s revenues come from worksite services, broken up into the following clientele:

In addition to Work-Fit® operated Programs, Healthtrax, our parent company, operates eighteen (18) fitness and wellness centers along the eastern seaboard which are open to the public.

Each Work-Fit® Program is guided by a Focus/Business Plan. This plan is co-developed by the on-site Program Manager, staff and Corporate Support Team. The Focus Plan is developed in response to the needs of the client and the resources available to carry out responsive programming. The Focus Plan serves as the centralizing guide for Program success. Work-Fit® Corporate Support meets routinely with on-site staff to review program budgets, scorecards, new programming, and staff development plans.

All Work-Fit® programs follow the Work-Fit® Quality system, a self guided quality application that contains all Work-Fit® programming standards. When reviewed and applied, this system ensures that a high level of quality exists within each Work-Fit® program.
