Work-Fit® Employees - Our most valuable assets
The Work-Fit® Division of Healthtrax® currently has 54 full time employees and three part time employees. We have over 50 of our employees working directly on-site with our clients; the remaining staff provide direct corporate support to the on-site employees. Work-Fit®’s staff retention rate is 83%. In the past two years, the majority of the employees who chose to leave left because of the uncertainty of the Automotive Industry. Over 50% of Work-Fit® employees are working on or have surpassed five years of employment with Work-Fit® and the majority has been at their original client location their entire tenure.
The ideal Program Manager for any of our programs would have the following educational background:

◦Bachelor’s degree in a field as stated above

◦Master’s degree in a field stated above

◦American College of Sports Medicine

◦National Academy of Sports Medicine
All full time employees would hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health related field such as:

Exercise Science

Exercise Physiology
-
Athletic Training
-
Kinesiology
-
Health Promotions
In addition to the minimum educational requirements staff would either hold or be working towards certifications in the following areas (not an all inclusive list)

CPR/AED

Personal Training

General Group Exercise

Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Corrective Exercise Specialist

Nutrition

Yoga

Pilates
